Obamacare Susbsidies: APTC and CSR

With just 29 days left for Healthcare enrollment (under the new law), there will be a last minute rush to enroll as is generally the case with filing the tax returns. Traditional tax filing companies such as H&R Block, Jackson-Hewitt and others are now cashing in on the rush. The challenge with such commoditized assisters is that they do the bare minimum necessary to fulfill their obligation and bag the commissions from both sides, the customers as well as the government. Of-course that is the basis of a free market economy.
