Build sustainable technology solutions that solve tangible business problems and require very little user training.
Achieve that using:
In my opinion, the best of ideas can only take shape with effective collaboration. There is a penchant to glorify individual heroism, but the greatest achievements have always come from well formed collaborative teams, even if it is a team of two. Steve Jobs considered Bill Gates’ biggest strength to be his ability to partner well with others.
Technology is merely an enabler of a solution. The most widely adopted technology solutions are those that serve a specific need: that which does a single job really well. The rate of change in technology (improvement):is inherently exponential (some times drastic). Hence, the spend always needs to be tied to a return within a predefined period.
The best solution is a perfect blend of people, process and technology. People: have momentary needs, want to complete a task and are bound to make mistakes. Process: needs well defined parameters, anticipated inputs and expected outputs. Technology: have inherent constraints, require continuous improvements and must be scaled.
Your Success = Your Drive. There is no substitute for persistent hard work, dedication, planning and learning.

I would highly recommend anyone trying to communicate effectively (with executives and/or to large audiences) to invest time learning the best features of these powerful tools. A good presenter, in my view, is one who has mastered the art of speaking with the perfect mix of visual ques and texts. Not too much, not too little; just the right amount for the intended audience.

I believe that strategic learning only accounts for 25% of a person’s total knowledge, the rest comes from life’s experiences. I have had the pleasure of working with some extremely talented colleagues, clients and friends. There’s a great deal of learning that I take from professional networking as well, such as attending conferences, mentoring individuals and delivering seminars worldwide. The best of my trait is a mere reflection of the wonderful individuals I have befriended over the years.
